LIFE AT OUR HIGH WYCOMBE HQ
Our HQ is designed for collaboration and creativity – with well-equipped meeting spaces and our natural light studio just off the communal kitchen. Whatever role you’re in you’ll see our beautiful product and content being brought to life. We think it's the little things that make life lovely - particularly when you're working hard - and that extends to our HQ culture, with friendly and supportive colleagues all around you and some nice added extras such as fruit deliveries, a great range of refreshments and regular treats, activities and socials to enjoy together.
We know great two-way communication matters, and so our CEO Liz hosts regular sessions with teams - sharing what’s on her agenda and hearing their views on all things MV. We also have quarterly updates and an annual brand event, which mean we get regular updates on strategy, hear insights from across the business and, most importantly, get to celebrate success together. And, being MV, there is always delicious food!
Our teams are passionate about supporting community and charitable projects across the year and there are lots of ways to get involved, whether that’s through our brand-wide efforts or by supporting the causes that matter to you locally.
